Sockets Hexagon Guided

Guided sockets are used on applications that require very little play between the output shaft of the tool and the socket. Guided sockets work to reduce wobbling, as a result, the socket is held stable. This maintains force and improves operator comfort. Saltus Hex drives are an optimized (traditional) Hex drive with slightly curved walls that ensure better contact between the surfaces of the socket and the fastener. Torque is transmitted more efficiently and reduces wear.
