Dedicated Escapement mechanism At the heart of the system is an escapement designed specifically for top-heavy and extra-short geometries. It provides smooth, single-file separation and stable release, eliminating the jams and misfeeds that plague conventional systems when handling these problematic fasteners in top heavy screw feeding applications.

Profiled feeding hose (Anti-rotation design)

We prevent issues before they start. Our specially designed hose features an internal profile that cradles the fastener, preventing it from rotating, flipping, or tangling during transport. This guarantees consistent orientation and smooth, uninterrupted flow from the feeder to the point of use.

Precision jaw clamping & FT loading head The final and critical step is handled by our specific FT (Fixed head) loading head.
