In this project, Desoutter Power Tools is deeply involved in the construction of the production line for its by-wire braking products, providing a high-precision intelligent tighteningand tightening big data-driven technologies, jointly building a new ecosystem for intelligent chassis assembly technology.
I. Project Background: Dongfeng Yuxin Intelligent Chassis
The Dongfeng Yuxin Intelligent Chassis project is advancing rapidly, and its first line-controlled braking (IBC) product production line has essentially achieved the capability for automated assembly and functional testing.Once the project goes into production, it will focus on the R&D, manufacturing, and industrialization of intelligent chassis technology, establishing a leading domestic production base for by-wire chassis products.
The primary functions of the IBC Final Assembly Line L1 are: fully automated assembly and testing of brake-by-wire controllers and assemblies. The production line integrates advanced automation technologies such as robotic loading/unloading, vision-based positioning, closed-loop torque control, and 100% test traceability.

II. Core Solution: Smart Torque Tightening Stations as Standard Across the Entire Production Line
Desoutter Tools provided a smart tightening solution for the critical assembly stages of Dongfeng Yuxin’s IBC production line, with the following key features:

Fully Automatic Servo Tightening: All critical connection points utilize a fully automatic servo torque tightening system, ensuring precise torque control and fully meeting the high reliability and safety assembly standards required for smart chassis.

Closed-Loop Data System: Each tightening station integrates a data acquisition and feedback system, achieving a complete closed-loop process from tightening execution and result verification to data upload.
